Two Ferry’s goal is to reduce impairment-related accidents by offering people a way to get themselves and their car home safely. To accomplish this quickly, Two Ferry bought an off-the-shelf solution. They attempted to customize it to match Two Ferry’s business model. Unfortunately, the project didn’t roll as planned, and the launch got delayed indefinitely.

Desperate to go live as soon as possible, Two Ferry on-boarded Intelligenes to avail of our fractional CTO services.

The following steps were taken as part of the project:

• Technology audit – A comprehensive analysis of the solution was done to understand issues and challenges.
• Source code take over – The source code of the solution was taken over from the previous team and handed over to a
new dev team, which comprised of internal resources and a freelance expert.
• Project management & DevOps – Solution assets were migrated to Azure DevOps for better management.
• Weekly fractional CTO check-ins – The team worked under the guidance of the CTO to achieve goals and remove impediments.

After almost a year of hard work, Two Ferry launched their apps successfully over the web and app store.
